Modo is all about getting around in a way that works for you. When you join Modo, you can choose from flexible plans designed to fit your personal and business transportation needs.
Modo Plus
Our flagship plan for members using Modo often and looking to deepen their impact by investing in the co-op. As a member-owner, you benefit from driving at our lowest rates and no monthly administrative fee. This plan also includes part ownership in the Modo fleet and a vote in co-op business. Your share purchase is returned to you if you leave Modo.

For new or inexperienced drivers looking for practice on the road. Green members have full access to the Modo fleet, but must be sponsored by a Modo Plus member.

Modo Monthly
It’s like training wheels for full membership. With a Modo Monthly plan, you pay a slightly higher rates, and a monthly administration fee in lieu of a ownership share purchase. Modo Monthly members still get full access to the Modo fleet and services, but no vote in co-op business.

Control expenses and right-size your fleet with Modo for Business. Add as many drivers as you like with no monthly fees — you pay only when you drive. Fuel Surcharge: $0.01 per km for each $0.10 per litre over the baseline value (set at $2.10/litre) and will be set each two weeks for the following two weeks. This is only in effect when the price of gas exceeds $2.10/litre. EVs will be exempt from the surcharge. Learn more

Open return
If you’re not sure how long you’ll need your Modo, you can leave the return time open-ended for a $3 fee.

Overnight rates
Any time between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m., you pay only for a maximum of 3 hours.

Day tripper
This reduced daily rate includes up to 500km, starts at $100 with our Daily Drives and applies automatically to qualifying whole-day bookings.
