Arts Mobility Grant

Igniting creativity, connecting communities

Art has the power to bring people together and foster cultural connections between communities, yet many artists often struggle financially.

Our Arts Mobility Grant supports local artists by providing five recipients with $1,000 in driving credits each to ease transportation costs.

If you create art whether through music, visual arts, or other mediums, and you're planning to share it during a tour, multiple markets, or fairs, then this program is designed with you in mind.

How it works

Eligibility

We are seeking established artists with 2+ years of experience in their craft located in British Columbia. You have multiple shows, gallery exhibitions, markets or similar touring endeavours planned after May 27th and are eligible to be a Modo member.

Empowering Diversity

In alignment with our purpose, we will evaluate applicants based on our values of community engagement and diversity, including amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups such as BIPOC and LGBTQ+.

How to register for the pilot

Check your eligibility

Ensure you meet the criteria for participation, including being 19 years of age or older, holding a valid BC driver's license , possessing a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card, and owning an iPhone or Android phone with internet access. See the full eligibility criteria

Take the survey

Complete our registration survey to determine your eligibility for the RideLink Mobile App pilot program. We're inviting participants from across Metro Vancouver to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Start testing

Selected participants will have the chance to test the RideLink Mobile App over a 12-month period and share their feedback.

Only selected participants will receive a confirmation message from ridelink@translink.ca through the email account you provide during the pilot signup process.
