Thanks to the support of all #Modo8k runners and the great teams at Music Heals Canada and Canada Running Series West, these funds were raised for the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation music therapy program!
As a local co-op we were excited to support a local cause our members can truly connect with, whether it was through running the race or dropping your iPods in our Modo cars to support music therapy!

Home from exploring Langley this weekend! Brought home some fresh cherries.
On Sunday morning, I grabbed a Modo car and went on a self guided Circle Farm tour. After checking out some wineries and farms in Langley, I headed to Fort Langley National Historic Site.
I spent the evening exploring the grounds and relaxing by the campfire before heading into my oTENTik (a cross between a cabin and tent). I ended up having the grounds to myself, which was a surreal and peaceful experience.
Fort Langley is only 45 km away from Vancouver. You can make it a day trip but why not spend the night. How often do you get to sleep in a historic fort?
Looking forward to sharing more about my weekend adventure with you! #MyModo #LetsModo #CircleFarmTour
