UPDATE: Modo’s AGM and Elections postponed

Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the B.C public health emergency and the provincial health officer’s direction to restrict events, we regret to inform you that we are postponing our AGM (previously scheduled for April 23, 2020).

We will update this page as the situation evolves. 

Modo Board of Directors Call for Nominations

Serving on our Board supports the co-op and represents the needs of members. It’s also a rewarding way to contribute one’s expertise while ensuring Modo’s social purpose is met. In 2020, there are three (3) three-year term director positions, one (1) two-year and one (1) one-year term to be filled.

Nominations closed at 5:00pm on March 9, 2020.

Please note that the deadline for nominations for the Modo Board of Directors remains closed as of March 9, 2020. 

Voting 

We intend to reschedule the AGM to a date in late summer if the prevailing public health advice allows.

The postponement will also mean delaying the Board of Director Elections, which occurs concurrently with our AGM.
