Sticker Stories

While Modo’s vehicles start off new and undamaged, we understand that scratches, dents and damage occur accidentally. We strive to have reliable vehicles back on the road as soon as possible.

Sometimes, like in the case of this Mazda 2, we can do a pretty good roadside repair and avoid having to take the car off the road for garage repairs.

So what are those little numbers on the cars?

When we can’t do a roadside repair, we note the damage with our numbered stickers.

It’s important to notify the Member Loyalty Team (MLT) as soon as possible after any damage occurs (or is noticed) so we can track and schedule to inspect, identify and repair the damage.
